Scott WIlson, MTB Trials Rider
21 year old MTB trials rider Scott Wilson is from Lydd in Kent. He has been competing for 13 years, taking part in his first competition just after his 6th birthday. Scott competes all over the UK and the world.
He has been six times British champion, British Elite indoor champion Ebtc and Hbtc club champion, European Number 2 & 3 and World champion.
In August 2012 Scott was made the first ever Rider Representative to the committee of the Biketrial International Union, the sports governing body. He said "It was a very big shock, especially as before hand I had no idea it was happening. But I am very honoured to have been selected and that I am the rider they thought would be best for the job."
His other achievements this year include;
“My favourite Buff is the Original Buff because they're so versatile. I use it on my head, under my helmet in summer to keep all the sweat out of my eyes and in winter I wear it around my neck to keep me warm.”
