Profile:  

Seb was born in Yeovil, Somerset in 1981. He grew up in Adlington and now lives in sunny Chorley, Lancashire. Seb’s first love is cycling and he was beginning to forge a career in the sport but fate had other ideas when he had two serious accidents in 18 months which left him unable to compete. After some time out from sport he decided that a new challenge was needed. He began running to regain his fitness but soon decided he wanted more.

During 2010 Seb got involved with fellow Buff Team mate Lee Chamberlain’s JOGLE attempt through his employer and chosen charity, Active Nation UK. Since then things have snowballed and he has been running regular 30 milers in preparation for the Paris 2 London 2012 he is running with Lee.

Earlier this year Seb ran a non-stop 50 miles in aid of Help for Heroes. Seb says ‘I made a decision to dedicate myself to using my abilities to promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and I’m having a great time doing just that.’
